The Elections Delimitation Commission has requested an appointment with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to hand over its final report to him.
The Prime Minister informed the commission that since leaders of other parties represented in Parliament also needed to hold discussions with the Commission, he would give a date within the Parliamentary sessions next week to hand over the report to facilitate the participation of other party leaders too at the handing over ceremony, a press release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office stated.
