Kinniya Police arrested four people for stealing electricity yesterday (18).
The four are resident of Kinniya. The incident was brought to light when officers of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) noticed the re-routing during a routine inspection of electricity meters.
The four will be produced in court today.
