The legal representatives of former CBSL Governor Arjun Mahendran yesterday appeared before the Presidential Commission to investigate and Inquire into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds yesterday.
The panel led by President’s Counsel Romesh de Silva requested the Commission to appear at the proceedings which was duly granted.
The team also includes lawyers Chanaka de Silva, Sugat Kaldera, Aruna Samarajeewa, Suminda Coorey, Shashinta Kahandagama, Harit de Mel, Manjuka Fernando on the instructions of Samararatne Associates.
Meanwhile, former CBSL Governor Arjun Mahendran gave statements to the CID at the Presidential Commission, for the fourth day yesterday.
