Tandoori Chicken

The easiest way to make delicious tandoori chicken at home!


Ingredients:

• Paprika 1tbsp
• Coriander powder ¼ tsp
• Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
• Garam masala ½ tsp
• Cumin Powder ¼ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Ginger and garlic 1 tbsp
• Yoghurt 1
• Lime juice
• Vegetable oil ¼ cup
• Chicken drumsticks 5

Method

1. Combine paprika, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt.
2. Add ginger, garlic, and yoghurt.
3. Mix these together well.
4. Cut into each drumstick with 2 or 3 shallow slashes and toss with the marinade. Keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
5. Preheat the oven to 450°F and place the drumsticks on a greased baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes
