A youth had succumbed to his injuries after he had jumped towards to a moving train in Galwadugoda area,in Galle Police Division yesterday morning.
According to the police news sources, the youth had suicide jumping towards an express train which travelled to Matara from Kandy.
The victimized youth was identified by police as "Dikowita Kankanamlaage Razaal Samudika " 21-year-old individual, residing in Karapitiya area in Galle.
The dead body of the victim was to be produced for postmortem which will be conducted by the Inquirer in to Sudden Death (The Coroner) of the Government Teaching Hospital in Karapitiya , Galle. The cause of the suicide hasn't been recovered by police so far.
Further more police investigations are being conducted by the Galle Police Station.
