Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne today granted permission for the Chairman of the Sub-Department of Treasury Geoffrey Joseph Aloysius to leave for India on the 13th for a week.
Chairman of the Perpetual Treasuries Private Limited Company Joseph Jeffry Aloysius pleaded the Colombo Chief Magistrate Court for permission to go abroad for a period of two months for his medical treatments last week.
Although Aloysius had sought permission to travel overseas for two months for his medical treatment he had not presented a medical recommendation to court.
