Perpetual Treasuries Chairman Joseph Geoffrey Aloysius yesterday pleaded the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court for permission to travel abroad for two months for medical treatment.
Filing a motion before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court, Attorney-at-Law Jeewantha Jayathilake appearing on behalf of Geoffrey Aloysius informed court that his client wanted to travel abroad for medical treatment.
The Magistrate stated that the Government Analyst’s report regarding the W.M. Mendis Company payment system had been received.
The Magistrate ordered the CID to appear before the Court on February 5 make a submission on the same report. The Magistrate fixed the inquiries for February 5.
