Three persons have been arrested in possession of 110 kilograms of heroin in the Piliyandala area.
The haul was seized in a raid carried out by the Excise Narcotics Bureau this morning.
One of the suspects was arrested in Wellawatte and two other were taken into custody along with a car in Piliyandala.
