The case filed against former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s Chief of Staff Gamini Sedara Senarath and two others over alleged illegal transfer of Rs.500 million from from Litro Gas to Canwill Holdings Pvt Limited was today fixed for oral submissions by Colombo Permanent High Court-at-Bar since both prosecution and defence witnesses have concluded their evidence.
When the case came up before Trial-at-bar bench comprising High Court Judges Sampath Abeykoon (President), Sampath Wijeratne and Champa Janaki Rajaratne, the case was fixed for oral submission to be heard on June 3.
