Veteran journalist Pushpa Rowel retired after 43 years of committed service to our sister newspaper Dinamina, yesterday.
She is the first woman to rise to the rank of Chief Editor of a national newspaper at a time when the industry was dominated by men.
She has travelled to many parts of the country and abroad and has held a number of positions including Chief Sub Editor and Associate Editor of the Dinamina Editorial before being appointed Chief Editor of Dinamina newspaper.
Her charming personality, fearless attitude, years of hard work, experience and knowledge has helped her make many achievements and accolades in the field.
