Three were killed in Kuda Oya Police area in Wellawaya, Thanamalvila road R28 junction, a private bus which was proceed towards Thanamalvila collided with a car which proceeded from the opposite direction.
Police said that the victims were severely injured and rushed to Dehigashandiya Hospital.
The driver of the car was dead and other three women were transferred to Monaragala Hospital for further treatments.
Deceased is 35 years old resident in Randenigodayaya, Hadpanagala.
Further investigations are conducted by Kuda oya Police.
