Batticaloa District Judge Vinoba Indran bailed out nine suspects who were arrested for obstructing the path to the Batticaloa Hospital.
They had staged a protest in front of the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital demanding that the coronavirus affected people not be brought to the hospital. They had also obstructed an ambulance taking a patient to the hospital.
