Egg Kottu | Cooking with Aunty D

 

Here’s a recipe for a crowd favourite with an extra dash of protein. Try it out yourselves and let us know in the comments how it went!

Ingredients:

Maggi Papare Kottu 1 packet

Water 225ml

Oil 1 tbsp

Onion 1 small

Carrot 50g

Leeks 25g

Capsicum 1 medium

Green Chilli 1

Garlic 2 cloves

Salt 1/4 tsp

Pepper 1/4 tsp

Egg 1

Tomato 1 small

Method: 

  1. Boil water and add Maggi Papare Kottu and seasoning packet
  2. Heat oil and add onion, carrots, leeks, capsicum, green chilli, garlic,  salt and pepper. Then add the egg and tomato
  3. Finally, add onion oil.
