The certifying officers were asked to submit all postal voting applications for the upcoming General Election before 4pm today by the Election Commission.
The certifying officers have been instructed to submit the postal voting applications received to the District Secretariat, District Election Office or Election Secretariat in Rajagiriya with a cover letter.
