Jackfruit Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Try your hand at making this classic jackfruit curry! A wonderful addition to your lunch!

Ingredients: 
Jackfruit 300g
Jackfruit seeds 15
B Onion 1 small
Green Chilli 2
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Maggi Coconut Milk (1 tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk Powder + 1 cup water) 2 cups
Thick Maggi Coconut Milk (2 tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk Powder + 1 cup water) 2 cups
Small red onion 5
Garlic 1 clove
Ground Pepper 1/2 tsp
Ground Mustard 1/2 tsp
Method: 
1. Clean and cut the jack fruit. Remove seeds from jackfruit and clean them.
2. Add seeds and jackfruit to a pan. Then add onions, green chilli, fenugreek seeds, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves and Maggi coconut milk. Cover the lid and cook.
3. Add small red onion, garlic, ground pepper and ground mustard to the blender and add a cup of Maggi thick coconut milk. Ground them all and add to the cooked kos.
4. Add the remaining cup of Maggi thick coconut milk, cook 2-3 minutes.
