Ingredients:
Basmati Rice 1 Cup
Maggi Coconut Milk 1 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Pandan (Rampa) 2 Leaves
Lemon Grass 3 inch
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Wash rice and place in a cooking pot
- Add water, Maggi Coconut Milk, water, pandan leaves, lemongrass and salt.
- Cover the lid and cook.
- When it’s boiling, remove the lid and reduce the flame. Once the boiling is over, cover the lid and cook under low flame.
