Ingredients:
Thai Green Curry Paste 1 1/2 Tbsp
Chicken 200g
Maggi Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup ( Water 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk Powder)
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Fish Sauce 1 1/2 Tsp
Eggplant 2 Nos
Sugar 1 Tsp
Green Chilli 2 Nos
Red Chilli 3 Nos
Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 Nos
Method:
- Heat oil and add Thai Green Curry Paste. Fry 2 minutes and add Maggi Thick Coconut Milk. Let it boil.
- Then add chicken, salt, fish sauce and eggplant. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, green chilli, Kaffir lime leaves and red chilli
- Correct seasoning and serve
