A quick, simple dessert that you can whip up with ease in your own kitchen!
Ingredients:
Bread 10 Slices
Eggs 8 Nos
Butter
Vanilla 1 1/2
Sugar 225g
Milk 1L
Icing Sugar
Method:
- Lather both sides of the bread with butter. Cut off the crusts and cut slices into half or quarter (According to preference).
- Place in a greased bowl.
- Beat egg and add vanilla and sugar. Then add milk and pour the mixture onto the bread.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 180 Celsius. Sprinkle liberally with icing sugar.
