Ingredients :
Oil 1 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic 3 Cloves
Curry Leaves
Pandan (Rampe)
Bombay Onion 1 Medium
Fenugreek 1/4 Tsp
Green/Red Chillis 5 Nos
Cinnamon 1/2 Inch
Turmeric 1/3 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Cardamom 2 pods
Prawns 350g
Maggi Thick Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups
Lime Juice 1 Tsp
Murunga Leaves
Method :
- Clean prawns and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add garlic, curry leaves and pandan leaves (rampe), Bombay onion, fenugreek seeds, green and red chillies, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli flakes, curry powder, chilli powder, salt and cardamom. Mix well and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add prawns and Maggi thick coconut milk and cook.
- Add sugar and murunga leaves. Switch off the fire and squeeze 1 Tsp of lemon juice.
