Interdicted Superintendent of Negombo Prison Anuradha Sampayo who was evading arrest warrant for 11 days was today arrested from the Kurunegala area by the Negombo Police.
Following the arrest, he was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to record statements.
