An unidentified body was found close to the Polduwa Bridge along Parliament Road this morning.
According to reporters, the body is suspected to be that of a 50-year-old male.
The body had reportedly been retrieved after it was found floating under the Polduwa Bridge in the Diyatha Uyana bordering the Borella- Kottawa road.
The Welikada Police has commenced investigations to ascertain the cause for the death. (NewsWire)
