Ingredients:
Polos (Finely cut) 500g
Water 1 1/2 cups
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/4 inch
Curry Leaves 5 nos
Garlic 2 cloves
Red onions 5 nos
Kochchi/Nai Miris 5 nos
Coconut (grated) 1 cup
Method:
- Place finely cut pollos into a pan and add water. Cover the lid and cook in a medium heat until the water evaporates.
- Ground Mustard, cumin, cinnamon,curry leaves, red onion, kochchi and add grated coconut.
- Then add the coconut mixture to the cooked pollos and mix well. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
