Few showers expected in several provinces

A few showers will occur in Eastern and Uva provinces, stated the Meteorology Department.

Showers or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Central province and in Ratnapura, Galle and Matara districts during the evening or night.

Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere over the island .

Misty conditions can be expected in Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Galle and Matara districts during the morning.
