The motion poster of Brahmastra was launched in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages by celebrated filmmaker SS Rajamouli. Director Ayan Mukerji, known for Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Wake Up Sid, was also present at the event. Accompanying him were producer Karan Johar, and actors Nagarjuna, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Sharing pictures with the team and Rajamouli from the event, Karan wrote on Instagram, “It has been nothing short of an honour to have the phenomenal SS Rajamouli grace us with his presence and shower us with unflinching support as always.”
Karan also thanked Nagarjuna, who plays one of the principal roles in the film, for being a strong pillar of strength. He added that nothing is more assuring and comforting than seeing impeccable people around working towards something magical.
“Also the ever so wonderful Nagarjuna who has been a strong pillar of support and strength by playing a part in the film and our lives! Truly, there’s nothing more assuring and comforting to look around and see such impeccable people working towards something so magical!” he added.
Earlier today, Rajamouli unveiled the motion poster of Brahmastra in four languagesm and wrote, “Glad to be presenting Brahmastra Part One: Shiva in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.” He added, “Hope you like the Motion Poster and everything from Brahmastra that comes after this.”
Brahmastra: Part one, is the first part of a 3-part film franchise and the beginning of India’s first original universe – the Astraverse. The makers have earlier launched the motion poster of the film, and introduced Ranbir as Shiva. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
