From orea pakodas to Maggi Fanta, in the last couple of months we have witnessed street-side vendors prepare dishes using some bizarre combination of ingredients. Now, a vendor from Delhi came up with yet another food concoction that will blow your mind. What is the dish, you ask? Well, it is ”Fruit Dosa”. The clip was shared by food vlogger Arjun Chauhan on his Instagram account, oye.foodieee.
In the making of the Fruit Dosa, first, the chef spreads the Dosa batter onto a heated tawa. Once the Dosa starts to cook, he brushes some butter on top to make it golden-brown and crisp. Then, he starts the process of making the Fruit masala with a variety of chopped fruits. After preparing the fruit mixture filling, he finished off the dish with candied fruits and grated cheese.
Once posted online, it did not take long for the video to go viral and trigger an avalanche of reactions. The video has garnered more than 2.6 million views and has garnered roughly 130k likes. In the comment section, one user said, “enough for the day.” Another wrote, “that’s why alien don’t visit us”
A third user joked, “dosa be like- mujhe jaane do, mujhe jaana hai.”
