The Education Ministry has requested the Ceylon Electricity Board not to impose power cuts in coming days as the Advanced Level examination is scheduled to commence from February 2.
The candidates, who face Advanced Level examination, will face immense hardships if there is a power cut following the energy crises experiencing these days, the Education Ministry sources said.
Owing to this situation the Education Ministry has requested the Electricity Board to make sure an uninterrupted supply of electricity during the coming days.
