'Harry Potter: Reunion': Makers goof up as they use Emma Roberts' pic instead of Emma Watson's

Los Angeles:

Reports suggest that the makers of the Harry Potter 20th anniversary special mistakenly used a picture of a young Emma Roberts to show Emma Watson as a child and this has created chaos amongst fans.

Harry Potter’s 20th anniversary reunion special ‘Return to Hogwarts’ began streaming on January 1 worldwide on OTT platform Amazon Prime. Fans are loving it but some eager-heads have pointed out a huge mistake done by the makers and it has taken over the internet.

In the very beginning of the almost two-hour-long special, Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger in the film series, talks about how Harry Potter books were a part of her growing up years. In the background, there were pictures of her from childhood and by mistake one of the pictures was mistaken with Emma Roberts’ childhood pics.

The trouble is that the picture is of the wrong actor named Emma, as many viewers have pointed out on social media that the picture is of a young Emma Roberts, she had posted the same picture on Instagram in the year 2012 with the caption ‘Minnie mouse ears!’

Emma Roberts is an American actor, who also started as a child artiste around the same time as Emma Watson.
