Enable GingerThe Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has issued an extraordinary gazette notice imposing several conditions on the manufactire, import, storage and, sale of 48 items including essential items.
Under that a requested product by a customer must supply promptly within a reasonable period of time and the conditions have been imposed in the gazette notification that sufficient quantity of raw materials must be kept in possession.
It has been further ordered in the relevant gazette notification that whenever a product is sold, a copy of a receipt containing the identity, date and value of the product should be kept in possession at all times.
