Suspects who stole TV sets from Temple Trees are further remanded

Enable GingerFort Magistrate Thilina Gamage today (31) ordered that the two suspects who broke into the Temple Trees and stole two Tv sets and a camera bag from it will be remanded until the 14th of September.

The magistrate, ordered the release of the suspect, who had entered the Temple Trees illegally and held a press conference until he left, on bail of five lakhs. 

A person named Harshana Seneviratne was released on bail and Anwardeen and Abeysinghe Arachchige Anura were both further remanded in custody. 

The 17 suspects including Eranga Gunasekara, Rangana Lakmal, who were released onbail in connection with the incident, appeared in court.

The Magistrate ordered the Colombo Crime Division to investigate and report to the court in coming days.
