New Delhi: Last month, on the occasion of August 15, Ola Electric launched its new electric scooter S1. This is an affordable version of the S1 Pro. The starting ex-showroom price of this scooter is ₹ 99,999. This electric scooter has also been built on the same platform as the S1 Pro electric scooter. The sales window of this scooter has started from today i.e. 1st September and the delivery of this scooter will also start from 7th September.
Range and Power of Ola S1
A 3kWh electric motor is used to power the Ola S1 electric scooter. The top speed of this scooter is 90 kmph. It has been given three types of riding modes, in Eco mode this scooter gives a range of 128 km, as well as it is capable of giving a range of 101 km in normal mode and 90 km in sports mode.
Features
The S1 electric scooter will get all the company’s software upgrades including MoveOS 3. This scooter company will be manufactured in its Future factory, which is claimed to be the world’s largest two-wheeler factory. The scooter will be available in five colors like Porcelain White, Neo Mint, Coral Glam, Jet Black and Liquid Silver.

This scooter looks similar to Ola S1 Pro. This scooter has LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights, fully digital instrument cluster and LED taillights.
Ola is also making electric cars
Ola Electric is also preparing its first electric car, which the company is claiming to be the fastest electric car in the country. This car will be launched in 2024. According to the company, this electric car can achieve 0-100 kmph in just 4 seconds. Ola has said that this car will be capable of giving a range of 500 km on a single charge.
