Former OIC of the Western Province Intelligence Bureau, who is said to be involved in the kidney racket that is said to have taken place in connection with a private hospital in Colombo, has been transferred to Kegalle. The relevant order was issued by the police headquarters Saturday(10). So far, no action has been taken against this officer.
