Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena and Nazeer Ahamed sworn in as Governors of Southern and North-western Provinces

<p>Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena was sworn in as the Governor of the Southern Province while Nazeer Ahamed was sworn in as the Governor of the North-western  Province by President Ranil Wickremesinghe this (02) morning.</p>
<p>Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena previously served as the Governor of the North Western Province.</p>
