Lankan origin teen wins New York Post essay contest

<p> Sri Lankan origin teenage student Akash Perera has won an essay competition organised by the New York Post.</p>
<p>The award winning essay titled 'Dress Rehearsal: How uniform codes prepare students for life beyond high school' by Perera was published by the New York Times on Tuesday (07).</p>
