LRT is not a stalled Japanese project – Minister of Foreign Affairs

<p><img src="" alt="Featured Image"></p><p><!-- wp:html --><p>Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Sabry, while attending the 'Collective Path to a Stable Country' press briefing held at the Presidential Media Centre (PMC) this morning (08) said that the Light Rail Transit (LRT) project was not a  stalled Japanese project but was scrapped during the tenure of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.</p>
<p>Nevertheless,  the present government had indicated to the Japaneses government of it's keenness to recommence the project.</p>
