Defence secretary Karunasena Hettiarachchi has sent a letter of demand amounting to Rs.1 billion to Prof. Sarath Wijesuriya.
The Defence Secretary accuses the Convener of the National Movement for a Just Society of defamation - by falsely alleging him to be involved in corruptions to the media.
