Produced before the Kurunegala Chief Magistrate Sampath Hewawasam, the suspect was remanded
He is identified as M. Harshan Hajleem of Kurunegala.
Kurunegala Police OIC IP Nawaratne Abeykoon led the arrest.
Over1,236 suspects were arrested in Kurunegala in the past 10 months for drug-related incidents, police said.
