A man arrested by the Keselwatte police near the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court this afternoon.
Who found in possession of a locally-made weapon and five cartridges ,Police said.
They said the suspect was identified as Mahawattege Prasanna 48-year-old, resident of Mattakkuliya.
Keselwatte police are conducting further investigations.
