Two died in a motor accident along the Anuradhapura-Padeniya route in Udangawa area.
The accident occurred when a vehicle collided with a bicycle.
The driver of the cab and a passenger in the front seat of the cab were critically injured and later died in hospital, police said.
The victims were aged between 44 and 48 residents of Kurunegala.
