A woman who has been neglecting depositing monthly installments of a loan that she obtained from a co-operative village bank was ordered to be remanded by Morawaka Magistrate Sasika Mithunaarchchige on December 8.
Urubokka police arrested the woman, Padmalatha Giganage (42) of Dampahala, and produced before the court.
She has been filed a case in this regard by the Cooperative Department but she has not been appearing before court. Therefore, court has issued a warrant to arrest her.
