Kandaketiya police arrested a suspect on a tip off with 1.2 kg of venison in Meegahakiula, Akurukaduwa yesterday. The suspect (34) is a resident of Meegahakiula.
He was to be produced before the Badulla Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Kandaketiya police are investigating.
