Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is back from Budapest after wrapping up her film, Dhaakad. The actress has now started the shoot of her next film Tejas, where she plays an IAF pilot. Kangana shared a new BTS picture from sets with the director. She took to social media to share a behind-the-scenes photo in which she is seen clad in an Indian Air Force uniform as she gears up to shoot with director Sarvesh Mewara. Sharing the photo, Kangana wrote, “On to my next mission #Tejas. Starting today… Josh is soaring high thanks to my fabulous team @sarveshmewara @rsvpmovies.”
Earlier on Kangana’s birthday, the makers of her film Tejas unveiled her new look that is truly unmissable. In the photo shared by RSVP Movies, Kangana is seen donning the blue Indian Air Force uniform. Holding a pencil, the actor looks like sitting in a training room and beams at the camera.
Written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara, Tejas is the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot played by Kangana Ranaut. The IAF was the first of the armed forces in the country to induct women into combat roles in 2016. The film takes inspiration from this landmark event.
Talking about Kangana’s workfront, the actress looks forward to the release of her upcoming film Dhaakad, which also stars Arjun Rampal. She also has films such as “Thalaivi”, period drama “Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda” in the pipeline. Kangana will also don the Director’s hat for the second time for “Emergency”, based on the life of late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
