The Thibirigasyaya Divisional Secretariat yesterday started granting the Rs.2000 allowance to low income families whose livelihood has been affected due to the imposition of the Quarantine Curfew. A member of the beneficiary family receiving the allowance from an official at Dabare Mawatha, Narahenpita.
