We’ve all seen crazy food combinations from India’s street food, but this street vendor is here to top all the bizarre. In a viral video, it is seen how a local street food seller is dipping his hand in boiling hot oil while frying pakoda. A food blogger from Mumbai, recorded the video at a roadside stall named Kisan Pakode Wala in Jaipur and posted it on Instagram. No prizes for guessing that the short clip has gone crazy viral on social media with over 1.6 million views.
In the viral video, the vendor while frying pakoda can be seen putting his fingers into blistering hot oil without hesitating. Who would have guessed that was practical? The vendor makes it look so simple and harmless that netizens were left awe-struck. In the end of the video, the food blogger was seen tasting the pakodas and giving it his approval, “Jaipur’s Heatproof Pakode Wala (sic),” the video caption reads.
The clip has gone viral, and amassed more than 75,000 likes and several comments. Amazed by his skills, one user wrote, ”What is he!!! Iron man he doesn’t melt at all …Impressive!!!!” while another said, ”Real Life Iron Man.”
However, some others weren’t impressed and were concerned about hygiene and safety issues.
