The Ministry of Education says that it will not accept teacher transfer and attachment applications until the new academic year of 2023.
However, Teacher Transfer Board decisions related to teacher transfers for which applications were invited in April 2022 will be given before the start of the new academic year 2023.

The Ministry of Education informs that no new applications for teacher transfers will be accepted until then.
Although it has been suggested that the teachers who have been assigned due to transportation difficulties will end on August 31, 2022, only with the consent of the principal of the school concerned, those teachers can work in the assigned school until the date mentioned in the letters.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Education further states that after 31.12.2022, all principals have been informed that attachment letters will not be reissued due to transportation difficulties.
However, the above procedure is not applicable for the assignments given to pregnant teachers on the basis of health reasons confirmed by medical reports and the assignments given based on the service requirements of schools and those assignments will be given by the Director of Education (Teacher Transfer) of the Ministry of Education. It is mentioned in the notification.
