Three robbers who entered a house at Badagiriya in Hambantota robbed jewellery and cash worth Rs 670,000. The robbers arrived on two motor cycles covering their faces with full face helmets, the police said.
The inmates were threatened, according to the Hambantota Headquarters Police.Police said even the jewellery worn by the inmates were removed and stolen, A.A.Chinthaka Prasanna who lodged a complaint with the Hambantota Headquarters Police said.
