Fisheries State Minister Piyal Nishanha De Silva requested foreign businessmen to facilitate Sri Lanka fish products to be exported to Japan as well as to other countries.
The State Minister was participating as the Chief Guest at a Business Summit at the Osaka International Conference Hall, Japan recently.
State Minister Piyal Nishantha De Silva said that the opportunity to participate in the business summit, which was organised for the sixth time, considered as an honour.
He also said that he is of the view that participating in this summit is a great opportunity for exporting Sri Lankan fish products.
The State Minister explained the special enthusiasm of Sri Lanka towards the export market and foreign Investments in this financial crisis. Most businessmen have focused on Sri Lanka in this regard, the State Minister said.
